Objective: Execute campaign and marketing strategies at Nike by Flatiron in the entrance to the store with custom hanging fabrics and complementary graphics.
My Role: Project Manager overseeing creative asset production, vendor coordination, and installation.
Key Actions:
- Partnered with external vendors to deliver creative on time and within budget.
- Researched fabric types and partnered with producing partner to create test samples for client inspection and approval.
- Delivered creative briefs to internal and external teams, acted as intermediary between creative teams and client, and secured approval through presentations and sample prints.
- Coordinated installation and safe storage of permanent store creative for re-installation at close of campaign.
Outcomes:
- Met client expectations for quality and brand consistency.
- Custom graphics installed on time and original graphics properly re-installed at conclusion of campaign.
