Objective: Deliver cohesive branding and environmental design for Nike’s activation for Eugene’s 2021 Track & Field event.
My Role: Project Manager overseeing creative asset production, vendor coordination, and installation.
Key Actions:
- Partnered with four vendors to deliver physical and digital displays on time and within budget.
- Ordered site surveys when building information was unclear and gathered additional information when on-site for installation for future project executions.
- Delivered creative briefs to design team and acted as intermediary between design team and client, relaying feedback and approvals.
- Oversaw on-site installation, ensuring flawless execution aligned with brand standards.
Outcomes:
- Delivered all installations ahead of schedule and met client expectations for quality and brand consistency.
- Requested to duplicate and expand success for larger activation event the following year.
